The consequence of sin/for our souls/in our lives is vast and reaching/profound/far-flung, impacting every aspect of/around/within our being.

God's Covenant with Noah
After the great flood that covered the entire earth, God made a covenant with Noah. This covenant was a bond between God and all living creatures to never again wiped out the earth by water. As a symbol of this deal, God placed a arch in the sky. Whenever Noah and future generations observe this beautiful display, they would be informed of God's love and his commitment to never again invoke such destruction.
